Onboarding Call and Integration Kickoff
After onboarding is complete, you’ll meet your dedicated integrator during your onboarding call.
During this meeting, we will:
- Introduce you to your lead integrator
- Review your onboarding information
- Align on goals, expectations, and project scope
- Outline the integration timeline and communication rhythm
This call ensures that we start the project with clarity and a shared plan for success.
System Review & Customization:
Next, we conduct a detailed review of your current systems, operations, and project workflows (if applicable).
We use this insight to build a fully customized JobTread system that aligns with your real-world business needs.
- Review and enhancement of project templates, cost codes, workflows, and document templates
- Build advanced estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and selections templates
- Design operational workflows that match your company structure
- Optimize the system for field and office teams alike
Our goal is to create a JobTread environment that feels intuitive, powerful, and easy to adopt.
Data Migration & Cleanup:
A system is only as strong as the data behind it.
We handle the heavy lifting by cleaning, migrating, and organizing your existing information so you can start fresh with a clean, organized JobTread account.
- Up to 20 hours of data migration and restructuring
- Removal of outdated, duplicate, or misaligned data
- Alignment of all data to your optimized system structure
This ensures you have a strong, reliable foundation from day one.
Advanced Training:
With your system built and data organized, it’s time to equip your team for success.
We provide in-depth, hands-on training for your primary point of contact (POC) to ensure confident internal management of your JobTread system.
- 9 hours of training delivered over structured sessions
- Focused on real-world scenarios, system management, and best practices
- Customized documentation, SOPs, and tutorial videos provided
- Access to our exclusive JobTread Resource Library for future reference
Training is designed to ensure your team leader can confidently manage, adapt, and expand your system as your business grows.
Post- Integration Optimization:
Our support doesn’t stop at launch.
Following training, we continue working with you through three dedicated optimization sessions to fine-tune workflows, answer questions, and help you maximize system adoption.
