Our History
4 Level Integrators was born out of our work with 4 Level Coach, a coaching company dedicated to helping construction businesses grow with structure, leadership, and profitability.
As we guided builders and remodelers through business improvement, one thing became clear: they needed better systems, and they needed expert help to implement them.
We launched 4 Level Integrators to meet that need. Since then, we’ve helped companies from $1 million to $30 million in revenue implement customized JobTread systems that simplify operations and support long-term growth.

Kennedy
- JobTread Integrator
Based just outside of Vancouver, Canada, Kennedy brings a powerhouse background in accounting, business development, and construction operations to her role as an Integrator.
With over five years of experience leading both residential and commercial projects, including custom homes, spec builds, and large-scale developments, Kennedy has mastered the art of streamlining processes, managing teams, and driving results. Her well-rounded experience gives her a unique perspective on the operational and financial challenges builders face.
As an Integrator, Kennedy works closely with clients to implement customized JobTread systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and profitability. You’ll also find her contributing to the JobTread Resource Library, adding fresh training content and practical tools to support clients long after integration is complete.
Kennedy is passionate about helping builders succeed and takes pride in equipping them with the systems they need to scale with confidence.
Mitch
- JobTread Integrator
Based in Whitby, Ontario, Mitch is an Integrator with a unique combination of industry experience and a degree in Behavioral Economics, giving him both the strategic mindset and practical knowledge to help contractors streamline and scale.
Before joining our team, Mitch led customer care operations for thousands of homes as a Regional Manager at Fortune CCP and has a proven track record of transforming chaotic, paper-based processes into organized, digital systems.
As an Integrator, Mitch works hands-on with builders and remodelers to implement customized JobTread solutions, develop tailored workflows, and create smarter systems that actually make sense for how their business operates. With a heart for teaching, a sharp eye for strategy, and a builder’s mindset, Mitch helps our clients reduce stress, improve accountability, and position their businesses for growth.
